OFX import issue

There is an issue with dates when importing OFX from my bank (AlfaBank). Money sets the month to january.
v 4.0 - 4.1.2 worked fine with the same ofx file. Cant use Money since the last updates (4.2, 4.2.1, 4.2.2 etc).
Fix it, please!!!
