Bad update

I waited this update but i am very disappointed because reports are very-very bad. Reports on budget are key for me but in this update, rows are duplicated proportionally quantity of budgets. Also some data was not included in reports of budget.
I think, that needed to add a case "quartely" for report type "budget" and to display a planned and actual balance on end of period for analyze.

P.S. please, add Russian language for Mac and iPhone versions. I may help for this.
