They take your money & run

I have had this software for over 1 year. As soon as they start changing versions you will have problems synching with your Iphone which can also result in crashes on your phone. My last problem required me to reinput 2 weeks worth of data because it would not synch.
Their solution is to have you buy the bext version to allow it to synch.
Although I like the application their customer suport is very bad and you have to keep paying for upgrades. I am going to try & find another comapny taht has better
