Quicken Import

I have been using Quicken since v3 that was on a 3 disks (1.44mb), since I happily migrated to Mac two years ago I have pulled my hair out over how best to use
Quicken always ending up using the dreaded Windows! I have never been able to find anything the satisfied me. I thought I would give Money3 a spin but unsurprisingly my windows version backs up a .qdf file whereas Money3 uses .qfx, consequently I am in stuck. It looks like a really good program for Mac users so beware. Cheers
