I’m sure it has its place…

I’m sure this is a great piece of software but none of my banks support the OFX format for automatic import of the banking information per online banking. And, after I manually imported the information after downloading it from the banking website into Money, the numbers did not add up.

I pre-scheduled all my payments — simply for budget purposes — and nothing popped up. I’ve benn reading the manual and, to be honest, I just don’t have the time to deal with this software; for me it’s too time consuming to learn it. I was hoping for a simple point-and-click/import banking information/schedule transaction so I can always check my account’s standing on- and offline but that did not work out as planned.

Again, I am sure this is a great piece of software but I am very reluctant at this point to even keep it on my Mac because It would take me an entire weekend to figure out. I think a “huge” disappointment is the website because the support section has not answered a single questions. The manual does but it’s about an inch thick when printed.
